Search for browser.migrate.chrome.extensions.enabled and set the feature to True.

Restart Firefox.

When enabled, the user can load about:preferences#general in the Firefox menu > Settings > Import data (button), or in the browser's address bar, and then activate the Import data button on the page. The user can select Chrome from the list, expand the available import options, and ensure that the extension is selected.
