The realme 11x 5G phone features a 6.72inch FHD + resolution LCD screen with a maximum brightness of 650nit and a refresh rate of up to 120 Hz. Like the regular version of realme 115G, the x version also carries the eight-core CPU's MediaTek Tian Ji 6100 + chipset. The phone has 8 GB of running memory, 128 GB of storage space and no micro SD card slot.

The new 6400-megapixel main camera uses a 2-inch sensor and an F / 1.8 aperture, as well as a 2-megapixel depth of field sensor. The realme 11x 5G phone has a 5000 Ma battery and supports 33W SuperVOOC charging technology. The machine is only 7.89 mm thick and is available in two colors: purple dawn and midnight black.

The machine is pre-installed with realme UI 4.0based on Android 13 and supports side fingerprint identification.
