According to the timetable previously given by Xiaomi, Xiaomi cars will be mass produced in the first half of 2024. And Xiaomi Chairman Lei Jun has set a goal for Xiaomi to enter the top five in the world. At a time when the competition for new energy vehicles is so fierce, can this goal really be achieved?

There is a shortage of more than 100 workers, and the experience of traditional auto companies gives priority to a supplier who provides recruitment services for Xiaomi auto factories, according to Sina Technology. Xiaomi began to open its auto factories to recruit general workers in August this year. There is currently a shortfall of more than 100 people, and the recruitment process is very fast.
