EnerD series products adopt a new generation of special 314Ah cell for energy storage in Ningde era, equipped with Ningde era CTP liquid cooling 3.0 high efficiency grouping technology, optimize the group structure and conductive connection structure of the cell, and adopt more modular and standardized design in the design and manufacturing process, thus increasing the electric capacity of a 20-foot single cabin from 3.354MWh to 5.0MWh, compared with the previous generation products. The occupation area of the new EnerD series liquid-cooled energy storage prefabricated tank is reduced by more than 20%, the construction quantity is reduced by 15%, the commissioning operation and maintenance cost is reduced by 10%, and the energy density and performance are also significantly improved.

EnerD series products adopt the industry's first BMS thermal runaway alarm and fire control system linkage technology, which simplifies the overall structure of the fire control system and solves the problems of poor reliability and high cost caused by the traditional battery pack multi-detector and multi-battery valve fire protection scheme. Up to now, the battery cell, electric box and battery cluster of Ningde era have all obtained GB / T36276 authoritative certification.

EnerD series products have passed the safety test of 80 + items of battery, 30 + items of battery modules and 50 + items of container level.

The test results show that EnerD series products have stronger ability to adapt to the environment, and can realize the normal operation of equipment in high altitude and cold areas-EnerD series products can still maintain rated power output at an altitude of 4000m, and can operate normally at an altitude of up to 5000m at a low temperature of-40 ℃, and the product performance leads the whole industry.
