On the same day this year, orders from Didi taxi hailing to local marriage registries increased by 50% compared with the pre-holiday period, nearly 30% year-on-year in 2022 and 136% in 2021. Driven by romantic Qixi Festival, many people prefer to choose luxury cars with better models and services to increase the sense of ritual of the festival. According to Didi, Qixi Festival's luxury car orders increased by 33% on that day compared with the pre-holiday period.
In addition to travelling by car, during the Qixi Festival period, Didi's small express delivery orders increased by 64% compared with the pre-holiday period. As the most popular holiday gift, fresh flowers have become the most popular express items with an overwhelming advantage, accounting for 25%. In addition, "picking up things" is also a reserved project of Qixi Festival. During his stay with Qixi Festival, Didi's customer service and drivers helped passengers recover more than 8000 pieces.
