CTOnews.com August 23, Valve will add a new feature for Steam Deck users to adjust the color temperature of the screen in the upcoming SteamOS 3.5 update. This function allows users to adjust the warmth or coolness of the colors displayed on the device screen according to their preferences.

The screen color temperature setting provides a series of options that allow users to try varying degrees of color temperature changes. The following is the difference between the default color temperature of 7500K and setting it to 11000K (using the default color freshness):

Currently, the screen color temperature setting is only available in the Main + Steam Deck Beta update channel. To use this feature, the user must open developer mode and select the advanced update channel from the developer menu in the settings. CTOnews.com needs to be reminded that the Beta update channel is updated frequently and may contain major errors, so use it with caution. It is recommended that users update the channel with normal Steam Deck Stable / Beta.

It is worth mentioning that SteamOS 3.5 will also introduce a color saturation setting.
