CTOnews.com August 22 news, Asustek today released three Z790 motherboards, including the flagship model ROG Maximus Z790 DARK HERO and new Raptor and TUF models.

The above three motherboards are launched to welcome Intel's new Core 14-generation desktop processor and are equipped with the latest Wi-Fi 7 wireless card.

The flagship ROG Maximus Z790 DARK HERO is equipped with a 20x 1-phase power solution with one PCIe 5.0M.2 slot and four PCIe 4.0M.2 slots with a dual lightning 4 USB Type-C interface.

It is reported that the Wi-Fi 7 network cards of this series of motherboards are Intel Gale Peak 2 "BE200" and Killer 1750X, with Bluetooth 5.4 support.

ROG's new Z790 motherboard will be launched next month with Intel Core 14 desktop processors.
