For the domain name registered in Aliyun, the cloud resolution DNS server is enabled by default. No further modification is required, and you can wait for it to take effect. For domain names that are not registered with Aliyun

If your domain name is enabled for cloud resolution DNS server, you don't need to modify it, just wait for it to take effect.

If your domain name does not use a cloud resolution DNS server, refer to different domain name registrars to modify the DNS method to modify their DNS servers.

Verify that the resolution is effective

The new resolution record takes effect immediately. It takes about 10 minutes to modify the resolution record depending on the service provider's cache refresh time and the original TTL value.

You can use the following methods to verify that the parsing is valid:

On the Windows server, open the cmd command line window

Use the command ping domain name (such as ping www.aliyun.com in the following figure) to see if the resolution A record of the domain name is valid. The IP address pointed to by the A record appears in the returned result, indicating that the resolution is valid.

Use the command nslookup-qt=mx domain name to check whether the resolution MX record of the domain name is valid. The mail exchanger content in the returned result is the same as the MX record, indicating that the resolution is valid.
