Wang Xiang analyzed from the two dimensions of "time" and "potential" and pointed out that at present, from the perspective of the macroeconomic cycle, we are in the stage of superposition at the bottom of the three major cycles, while from the long-term certainty trend, artificial intelligence and computing power will open a new round of innovation cycle. Wang Xiang said that in the early and middle stages of the introduction and development of the industry, the main task is to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the technology, but this alone cannot form an industry, and the core of the industry is high efficiency. For this reason, in the middle and later stages of the development of the industry, it is necessary to achieve economies of scale through the standardization of scenes and elements in order to reduce costs and improve efficiency.

He said that under this concept, ZTE launched a digital nebula platform, which can split the experience of each automation point into elements, so that different industries can quickly find suitable solutions when they encounter similar situations, in order to improve production efficiency and reduce the technical threshold.

At present, relying on the "5G + Digital Nebula" architecture, ZTE has built hundreds of industry digital benchmarking projects focusing on 15 key industries, including industrial manufacturing, metallurgical steel, and mining, and won a number of honors, including the 2023GSMA Global Mobile Award, the United Nations WSIS Championship Award, the National first prize of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology "blooming Cup" and the gold medal in benchmarking.

Secondly, "the network is counted as a bow". After the opening up of the industry, we need to strengthen the basic capacity and create a strong computing base. At present, the spatial division between the logical operation and the physical carrier has been formed. He also pointed out that at present, the industry pays close attention to the general model of the industry. But for enterprises, we should pay more attention to how large models create value in industry applications.

To this end, ZTE will tune and evolve to provide AI infrastructure services for basic large models with extensive knowledge and can be applied in different fields, and fully support the training and reasoning of large models. At the same time, for specific industry applications, it will launch industry large models to provide AI model services, efficiently enabling industry digital transformation, and for specific scene applications, will build scene large models to provide exclusive services. In order to accelerate the innovation and exploration of the large model in the industrial scene, and become the best choice to realize the industrial value.

At the same time, "innovation is the string", in the era of digital intelligence, the industrial chain and the form of competition are constantly changing, enterprises need to adhere to innovation to strengthen industrial resilience and momentum. Wang Xiang stressed that the world will be as big as the "core". We need to ensure the lower limit and break through the upper limit. At present, ZTE Corporation has built a digital base with integrity and autonomy, with global network and cloud products. The core dedicated chips, databases and operating systems developed independently build a mathematical and intellectual foundation with extreme experience and efficiency. In addition, ZTE is constantly increasing its investment in innovation. In the first half of this year, R & D investment reached 12.79 billion yuan, accounting for 21.1% of business revenue. ZTE will accelerate its expansion from CT to IT, transform from a fully connected company to a computing company, and promote the company's long-term development based on the continuous breakthroughs in the underlying core technology.

In addition, "energy efficiency is like an arrow". In addition to innovation, we need to continuously and comprehensively improve our computing power, that is, to improve product performance in an all-round way from the two levels of unit watts and unit bits, so as to maximize the use of network and computing resources. and then reduce energy consumption. Such as the use of the latest technology and chips, from the performance, intelligence, storage and low-carbon and other aspects to improve the computing power, so that the computing power is fast, accurate and economical.

Finally, "gathering friends", the era of mathematical intelligence is the era of group competition, and the division of labor and coordination of industries is the key to success. He mentioned that in the past, when a hot spot appeared, everyone would flock to this field, resulting in a lot of internal friction and waste of resources.
