CTOnews.com, August 21 (Xinhua)-- Danish niche supercar brand Zenvo recently unveiled a new Aurora sports car, a rebirth in the brand's 16-year history, unlike previous wild models such as the ST1 and TSR.

The Aurora carries a 6.6L V12 engine with four turbochargers, which is named Mj ø lner, meaning Thor Hammer, which can output 1250 horsepower at 8000 rpm and reach the red line at 9800 rpm. In order to meet the upcoming Euro 7 emission standards, Aurora is also equipped with three 200hp motors, one integrated in the powertrain and the other two installed on the front wheels, making the total output of the system 1850 horsepower, allowing the Aurora to accelerate 0-62 mph in 2.3 seconds, faster than the Bugatti Chiron Super Sport The top speed can reach 280mph, and the Aurora can drive about 21 miles on pure electricity.

On the inside, Aurora aims to immerse drivers as much as possible. There is no large-scale infotainment display, and Apple CarPlay and Android Auto smartphones are mirrored through only one of the three digital dashboards, similar to Audi's TT.

The Aurora will be available in two specifications: "Agil" (Agile) and "Tur" (Travel), the former is a track-focused model that removes two front-wheel motors and makes it a rear-wheel drive model with a dry weight of 1300 kg and a series of aerodynamic kits to enhance grip. The latter is four-wheel drive and the front axle has torque vector control designed to provide more stable road performance because it does not have the aerodynamics and large rear spoiler of the Agil model.

Starting from 3.6 million euros for Aurora (CTOnews.com Note: currently about 28.62 million yuan), Zenvo plans to start producing 100 Aurora cars in 2025, 50 of each specification, and to deliver them to customers in a year's time.
