CTOnews.com notes that version history is only used on the Keep website and does not apply to Android and iOS.

Open the Google Keep website in a browser

Log in to the Google account

Hover over the comment or click / click the comment

Select the three-point icon in the lower right corner, display more, and then select version History.

Select the available version and activate the download

Each version lists time, date, and author information, but previews are not supported, only text changes are supported, and images do not appear in the version history.
