CTOnews.com August 19 news, player Sebastian Castellanos mining "Star" game preloaded files, only found to support AMD FidelityFX Super Resolution 2.0 (FSR 2) files, did not find any DLL files related to Nvidia DLSS and Intel XeSS technology.

CTOnews.com previously reported that Bethesda Game Executive Director Todd Howard confirmed that Star is based on the Creation 2 engine and will support AMD FidelityFX Super Resolution 2 technology, and that the game will be able to take full advantage of AMD multicore CPU. The game doesn't seem to enjoy any specific PC ray tracing effects, and it doesn't support NVIDIA DLSS 2 or DLSS 3.

The capacity of the game in the two platforms has been announced. The current preloaded version will occupy players' 139.84GB hard disk space on the PC platform, while the Xbox version of the game will be 126.1GB. The preload of the Steam platform will begin on August 30, and "Star" will finally be officially released on September 6. Log on to the Xbox Series X | S and PC platforms, first join Game Pass, and players who buy the premium version can enter the game 5 days in advance (on September 1).
