The conference invited leaders of the provincial education department, university experts, and upstream and downstream partners of the computing industry to gather together to discuss the new opportunities, new momentum and new possibilities of the industry-education integration project based on Kunpeng and Teng Teng to promote the high-quality development of talents in Longjiang computing industry.

This paper reviews the origin of the collaborative education base of the Ministry of Education and Huawei "intelligent base", as well as the measures and achievements in the construction of teaching resources, teacher training and student practice in the past three years. He said that as the first batch of pilot universities with "smart base", Harbin University of Technology takes curriculum construction as the carrier and classroom as the main position. By strengthening the training of teachers in the field of information technology and deepening the construction of courses and teaching materials and resources, the latest fields of technology can be returned to the classroom and students. In this process, we should give full play to the respective advantages between schools and enterprises, promote the educational chain, talent chain and industrial chain of independent development in the field of information industry through the integration of industry and education, achieve effective convergence, and create an ecology for the development of industry and talents. this is also a new way to train outstanding talents in Harbin University of Technology.

From the point of view of undergraduate training, we set up artificial intelligence scientific research projects and industrial competition projects with corresponding difficulties in undergraduate teaching. Give full play to the discipline and professional construction and talent training characteristics of the "three seas and one core" of the Kazakh project, and constantly promote the construction of the integration of competitions and courses based on the framework of MindSpore.

From participating in the Zhong Wisdom Project to getting in touch with Teng Teng, to now participating in the "Internet +" competition and winning the national award, he has obtained the teaching resource support of the "Smart Base" course, broadened the research vision and accumulated industrial practical experience.

At the end of 2020, under the guidance of the Ministry of Education, Huawei joined forces with 72 pilot universities, including Tsinghua University, Peking University, Harbin Institute of Technology and Harbin University of Engineering, to build a collaborative education base for the integration of industry and education between the Ministry of Education and Huawei.
