Take Fenghuang North Avenue (Xiangjiang Road-Changjiang Road) in Honggutan District as an example, the total length of the road section is 1.8km, and there are 6 signal-controlled intersections along the way, so the flow fluctuates greatly. The original periodic coordination scheme consumes 1 man for a month of continuous monitoring and optimization, the effect can not adapt to the change of flow, and there is an imbalance problem that the main road is congested and the branches are empty. By reusing the built traffic detector, it takes only one manual day to configure the basic parameters of the inductive green wave adaptive scheme, and the signal period and the green signal ratio of each phase are automatically adjusted with the change of the flow. greatly improve the efficiency and ensure the effect.
After optimization, the whole-day congestion index of this section is reduced by an average of 7.3%, and the green loss is reduced by an average of 6s, which has significant advantages such as high efficiency, easy promotion and multiple effects, which provides a strong support for improving the intelligent and refined level of road traffic governance in Nanchang City. at the same time, it also stood out in the public security traffic management big data modeling application competition, won high praise from leaders and parties, and successfully won the first prize in the province.

Faced with the difficulties of tight time, strict standards and high requirements for innovation, the Hisense intelligent transportation team responded quickly and formulated an effective work plan.
