Urban Traffic: promoting the low-carbon Transformation of Traffic and running out of "acceleration"

Take Xi'an as an example. After the 14th National Games, Xi'an traffic police conducted tests and statistics on 15 green wave sections, including Wenjing Road, Mingguang Road, South China Road, Eurasia Avenue, and Fengli Avenue, and found that according to the fuel consumption of 8L / 100 km per vehicle in the urban area, 15 road sections can save 76.09 tons of fuel every day because of green wave belts. At present, there are 700 road junctions in Xi'an to achieve adaptive signal timing, 205 road sections to achieve green wave traffic, and 7 regional controls to achieve slow entry and fast exit during peak hours. The economic savings and reduced carbon emissions caused by intelligent signal control can not be ignored.

Public travel: annual cost savings of 60 major lines in Xining exceed 60 million

Compared with cars, urban public transport has many advantages, such as large capacity, low energy consumption, low pollution and so on. Giving priority to the development of public transport can effectively alleviate urban traffic congestion and improve urban air quality. It is estimated that compared with cars, public transport can save more than 80% of energy consumption, save road resources by about 90%, and reduce pollutant emissions by 80% compared with cars to transport the same number of passengers.

But on the whole, there are many problems in urban public transport in China, such as insufficient service capacity, extensive mode of development, low service quality and so on. Citizens' willingness to ride is relatively low, resulting in a large number of inefficient mileage or even empty mileage with a serious shortage of passenger capacity. According to the data, the average public transport travel sharing rate in China's big cities is about 20%, which is much lower than that of developed countries.

To promote the development of urban public transport, Hisense helps to optimize the multi-mode and integrated public transport network with bus rapid transit as the backbone, conventional public transport as the main body and customized public transport as the supplement, so as to ensure the accessibility and convenience of the network. At the same time, based on big data's passenger flow analysis, bus traffic plan optimization and corridor optimization can be realized. According to the passenger flow travel law, operation history data, vehicle load number, departure interval and other factors, the optimization model of minimum resources is adopted to generate the traffic plan automatically, and the capacity delivery is more in line with the passenger flow demand, reducing the inefficient mileage with low passenger capacity. Reduce the input of people and vehicles and reduce the operating cost by optimizing the driver class and reducing the unreasonable stop time. After the optimization of 60 major lines in Xining, the average daily inefficient mileage is reduced by 22000 km, with annual cost savings of more than 60 million.

Green Urban Rail: a standard line saves nearly 20 million of operating costs per year.

Subway has become an important choice for travel. It is estimated that the new operating mileage of the urban rail industry will reach 911.65 km and the new construction mileage will reach 940.10 km in 2023. The scale of local network continues to expand, and the pressure of operating costs is also increasing. In operating costs, labor and energy consumption account for more than 70%, especially labor costs account for nearly half.

To build a green urban rail and help save energy and reduce emissions, in view of the problems existing in urban rail construction, such as high operational safety pressure, low operational efficiency, high labor cost, Hisense through the realization of safety prevention and control initiative, station operation scene, passenger service convenience and business management and control integration, empower station operation management and passenger service, and build intelligent stations.

Four categories and 66 core scenarios are sorted out around normal operation scenarios and various emergency scenarios, fully covering the operation business, turning the manual disposal process into intelligent scene disposal, increasing operational efficiency by 30%, helping stations to control posts and improve efficiency, and reducing labor costs. it is estimated that the intelligent stations on the 20-station standard line can save nearly 20 million of operating costs every year.

Smart building: comprehensive energy saving rate of more than 30%

According to the "2022 Series Research report on carbon emissions in China's Urban and Rural Construction", the total energy consumption of the whole building process accounted for 45.5% of the country's total energy consumption in 2020. As one of the main sources of carbon emissions, it is urgent to promote green transformation in the construction industry. In this regard, the "carbon Peak implementation Plan for Urban and Rural Construction" issued by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development and the National Development and Reform Commission proposes that carbon emissions in the field of urban and rural construction will peak by 2030 and by 2060, urban and rural construction will achieve green and low-carbon transformation in an all-round way.

Under the background of "double carbon", smart buildings are accelerating as an important part of the green transformation of buildings. In this regard, Hisense Smart Building has developed an integrated management and control platform for the Wisdom Park and an energy-saving control technology based on load forecasting developed in cooperation with Hitachi and Southeast University. it can realize the optimal joint adjustment of HVAC chillers, water pumps, water towers, terminal air conditioners and fans, and the comprehensive energy saving rate can reach more than 30%.
