Rectangular silicon margin: 182.2mm*191.6mm

Rectangular silicon wafer diameter: 262.5mm.

Six photovoltaic enterprises jointly advocated and promoted the above-mentioned standardized rectangular silicon wafer size scheme to be accepted by more enterprises in the industry, saying that "in order to further solve the difficulties in silicon wafer supply and increase of material cost in the industrial chain caused by the difference in rectangular silicon wafer size."

CTOnews.com found that this is not the first time photovoltaic enterprises have jointly requested the unification of silicon wafer size. As early as last month, representatives of 9 module enterprises including Artes, Dongfang Risheng, Jingao, Jingke, LONGi, Tianhe, Tongwei, Yidao and Zhengtai announced that they had reached the following consensus on the standardized size of 238Xmm * 1134mm modules in the new generation of rectangular silicon wafers:

Component size: 2382mm*1134mm

Longitudinal hole spacing of long side of component: 400mm / 790mm / 1400mm

At the same time, 9 enterprises advocate that the size design of current and future 182 series modules and 210 series modules in the industry should comply with the provisions of T / CPIA0003-2022 Technical Requirements for Shape size and Installation Hole of Crystalline Silicon Photovoltaic Modules for Ground Use and the existing size of the industry.
