Saul Gascon, head of the HexWorks studio behind the fallen Lord, and Cezar Virtosu, the creative director, recently gave another interview to the foreign media MP1st:

When asked "whether there will be a game trial Demo", Saul Gascon said: "the game DEMO plan has been put on hold for the time being, but it is still under discussion internally."

As for why they only log on to the current generation of platforms, they say that "this is mainly because the fallen Lord uses the Unreal 5 engine, and PS4 and Xbox One are already" unable "to deal with the Unreal 5 engine (Nanite & Lumen technology has higher requirements for GPU), but if many players have such requirements, they will not rule out lowering some aspects of the game to log on to the previous generation platform in the future.

But the player group is not convinced, thinking that it is just "poor game optimization" or "do not want to spend extra cost to serve the old platform".
