A few days ago, the full range of ZTE Corporation's OTN products was officially upgraded to CC (CommonCriteria) EAL3 +, the general criterion for information technology security assessment, so that ten mainstream devices of ZTE Corporation, including ZXONE9700/19700 series, ZXMPM721 series and ZXONE7000 series, have all obtained international network security certification, meaning that ZTE Corporation's OTN products have become the first supplier in the industry to pass CCEAL3 + certification with a complete set of solutions as the protection profile.

The CC certification of this product was finally evaluated and approved by NSICB, National Communications Security Agency of the Netherlands, and T ü VRheinland Nederland was authorized to issue the certificate. Certification by the world-renowned safety evaluation laboratory SGSBrightsight of the Netherlands to complete the specific evaluation process.

As the most authoritative security certification in the world, the professionalism and influence of CC certification in security assessment has become an important basis for the official procurement of mainstream operators in the industry and related countries. The third level (EAL3) of CC certification security assurance level EAL-- system testing and inspection, is the highest certification level for system-level equipment of current communication products. The full range of ZTE OTN products has passed the EAL3+ (ALC_FLR.2 enhanced) level certification, indicating that its software and hardware not only meet the EAL3 level requirements, but also meet the life cycle safety assurance requirements for security defect repair.

CCRA, an international mutual recognition system certified by CC, currently has 31 member states, including 17 issuing countries and 14 consumer certificate countries. SOGIS is a CC mutual recognition organization between EU countries or the European Free Trade Association (EuropeanUnion or EFTA [European Free TradeAssociation]). SOGIS places more emphasis on specific technical areas.

The OTN series EAL3 + certification meets the evaluation and recognition of the two major international CC mutual recognition systems, CCRA and SOGIS. The evaluation scope of certification covers design and development, process management, information security, personnel security, physical security, asset security, IT security, supply chain security, penetration testing and other dimensions.
