Bell will participate in the second phase of FF co-creation and delivery as a co-founder of developers and the first car owner in the second batch of users. The company plans to announce another world champion racing driver as the co-founder of FF owners and developers at the signing ceremony of FF developers on August 17 (August 18, Beijing time).

At the FuelRun event site, FF 91 2.0 Futurist Alliance believes that by working with external developers such as Bell, the company will gain great value in product development, quality improvement, brand marketing, elite group outreach (including stars and online celebrities), technology development and progress, and after-sales service.

According to reports, in his 25-year racing career, Bell won the 1997 FIA GT World Championships and the 1998 Le Mans 24-hour Endurance Championships, and won many awards in various racing events. After a successful racing career, Bell gorgeously transformed into a TV station and web host. Bell's current hosts include "The Torque Show" and "Drive to Wynn," a racing podcast broadcast live from Wynn Las Vegas's Blue Wire studio.

While FF recently achieved its first vehicle delivery milestone, it also launched a series of developer co-creation festival activities. FF will participate in the "FuelRun" event, which begins on August 16, US time (August 17, Beijing time), and "Motorlux" during Monterrey Motor week on August 16 (August 17, Beijing time). The company will invite developer co-creators (including the first batch of users delivered in the second phase of co-creation) and candidates for developer co-creators to attend the developer co-creation signing ceremony to be held on August 17 (August 18, Beijing time).

FF also announced that at the special shareholders' meeting held today (the "special meeting"), shareholders approved a proposal to authorize the Board of Directors of the Company (the "Board of Directors") to carry out a reverse equity split (the "partnership") of the issued common shares of the Company between 1:2 and 1:90. If a partnership is implemented, it will increase the number of authorized and unissued common shares. In addition, at the special meeting, shareholders approved a proposal to limit the number of authorised common shares to 12355000000 divided by the partnership ratio decided by the board of directors, if and only if the proportion of shares implemented is between 1:8 and 1:90. The proposal essentially limits the number of authorized common shares after the partnership to seven times the current number of authorized common shares.

Faraday said in the future that the approval was expected to provide sufficient shares in follow-up financing to support FF 91 Futurist's production climbing and other strategic objectives of the company.

On August 14, Faraday Future announced the official delivery of the first FF 91 2.0 Futurist Alliance to the first spire user, and held a new car delivery ceremony on August 12. Faraday said in the future that this is the first time that the company has entered the revenue phase and officially entered the complete closed-loop stage of operation of the landmark major turning point.

The first user to get a new Faraday car in the future is Private Collection Motors, an American luxury car dealer. According to Faraday Future, Private Collection Motors is one of the luxury car dealers in Southern California. They have also been invited to join the FF developer co-creation mission and become co-founder officers of FF developers, providing co-creation services, value contribution and return to FF from the perspective of industry experts.

As co-creators of developers, they may consult, brand and other cooperation agreements with Faraday in the future, and expect to receive compensation ranging from $225000 (1.63 million yuan) to $475000 (3.44 million yuan).
