The media confirmed from multiple channels that Samsung's Galaxy S24 series next year will return to its dual-processor strategy, carrying Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 for Galaxy and its own Exynos 2400 processor in some markets such as Europe.

The media confirmed that the Exynos 2400 processor will adopt a ten-core design of 1+2+3+4. CTOnews.com attached the following information:

1 x 3.1GHz ARMv9 Cortex-X4 core

2 x 2.9 GHz ARMv9 Cortex-A720 cores

3 x 2.6GHz ARMv9 Cortex-A720 cores

4 x 1.8GHz ARMv9 Cortex-A520 cores

The Exynos 2400 processor will transition to the latest Arm V9.2 core, meaning only 64-bit support.

On the graphics side, the Exynos 2400 processor comes with the Xclipse 940, which has twice the number of graphics compute units as the RDNA 2 implementation.

In terms of artificial intelligence, Exynos 2400 will be equipped with a dedicated chipset to further enhance AI scenario applications.

In terms of communication module, Exynos 2400 will be equipped with Exynos 5300 modem, downlink speed up to 10 Gbps, uplink speed up to 3.87 Gbps, in addition to support two-way satellite communication, and support the latest 3GPP 5G Version 18 network.

Exynos 2400 processor also supports UFS 4.0 storage, up to 8.5 Gbps LPDDR5X memory, 320 million pixel sensor support, 8K@60FPS shooting.

The Exynos 2400 processor's manufacturing process cannot be confirmed at this time, but the media estimates that it will use the 4th generation 4nm node.
