Photographer Dai Jianfeng said in a post on the 15th that Vision China told its official account that 173 photos had been infringed and that it had to pay more than 80,000 yuan in compensation. But Dai Jianfeng found that the "infringing photos" are all his own works. "these works have never worked with Visual China, nor have they circulated their gallery," he said.

In response, Vision China responded that after preliminary verification, the photographer authorized the picture library Stocktrek Images to sell, and Stocktrek Images authorized the relevant pictures to Getty Images for sale. Vision China, as the exclusive partner of Getty Images in Chinese mainland region, has the complete sales rights, including the related pictures, and the sales authorization chain of the involved pictures is clear and complete.

Photographer Dai Jianfeng responded again on August 16, asking Vision China to stop infringement, saying that it had been verified with Stocktrek, and Stocktrek explicitly informed that Vision China did not have the right to sell its work, nor did it have any copyright in its work, and Getty had no right to re-delegate its work.

According to a report by Southern Metropolis Daily, at about 1: 00 a.m. on the 17th, Getty Images said that it was confirmed that Getty Images had obtained the picture license of picture provider Dai Jianfeng through content partner Stocktrek. "Vision China represents the content of Getty Images in China, so it has the right to authorize the use of the picture provider's picture in China."

It is worth mentioning that at about 18: 00 on August 16, a media search of the Vision China website found that the photographic works involved had been phased offline. According to Hyundai KuaiBao, on August 16, Ryan, the head of Stocktrek Images, said, "Dai Jianfeng has informed us. I am trying to contact Getty Images and ask them to remove his picture."
