According to reports, Dubhe-90 focuses on "extreme performance" and is the flagship product of Dubhe Max Performance series, while Dubhe-80 focuses on "high energy efficiency" and is the first product of Dubhe Efficiency Performance series. The two products are often called CPU cores.

At the same time, based on Dubhe-90, Dubhe-80 and Sai Fang Technology on-chip consistent interconnection IP-- Fang Star chain-500 (StarLink-500), Sai Fang Technology released the first domestic high-performance RISC-V multi-core subsystem IP platform, which claims to be the world's first RISC-V large and small core processor subsystem solution, filling the gap in the corresponding market in the RISC-V field.

According to ▲ Tu Yuan Sai Fang Technology official account, Fang Tianshu-90 "big core" performance is comparable to ARM Cortex-A76,SPECint2006 9.4 / GHz, and customers mainly come from high-end applications such as PC, high-performance network communications, machine learning, data centers and so on.

Under the premise that the performance of ▲ Tianshu-90 CPU Core IP is only 20% worse than that of Fang Tianshu-90, Fang Tianshu-80 has a 50% increase in energy efficiency, meeting the application needs of mobile, desktop, industrial control, artificial intelligence, automobile and other scenarios.

Fang Tianshu-80 adopts the design of 9 + pipeline, three launches and out-of-sequence execution. SPECint2006 8.0 / GHz, which claims to have better performance than ARM Cortex-A75, supports the most complete RISC-V instruction set so far, including RV64GC, bit operation extension B (Bitmanip 1.0), vector extension V (Vector 1.0) and virtualization extension H (Hypervisor 1.0).
