Affected users are either forced to pay a ransom or permanently delete their accounts if they want to regain control.

CTOnews.com inquired about LinkedIn's official X (Twitter) and official website accounts, and officials have yet to respond to this question.

Many users reported that the after-sales support time of LinkedIn has been extended, indicating that a large number of users are affected by this problem.

According to the complaints and feedback seen on Reddit, Twitter and Microsoft forums, LinkedIn's after-sales team did not respond in a timely manner, and users were frustrated by such a slow response.
