According to Red Star News, Dai Jianfeng said he found that the 173 photos sent by Vision China have been taken by him over the past decade, some of which have been posted on his official account and Weibo, but the works on social platforms are watermarked and not high-definition. Previously, some of his works have worked with foreign gallery websites, but he has never cooperated with Visual China, nor has he uploaded photos to Visual China's gallery.

According to a screenshot of the email provided by Dai Jianfeng, Vision China said: "recently, through monitoring, we have found that in the use of your Wechat official account and website, we have used 173 visual works with copyright-related rights without authorization. after comparison and verification in our copyright management system, no authorization records of the above visual content have been found."

According to Dai Jianfeng, Visual China has given him two solutions and will reply by August 18. The first is the cooperation between the two sides, he buys the copyright material package in the visual Chinese material library website, the purchase quantity is not less than the used quantity (173) pictures, the unit price of each picture is 300 yuan, the cooperation period is one year. After the cooperation agreement is signed, the responsibility for the previous use of pictures can be directly exempted. The second option is a settlement between the two sides, in which he pays a total of 86500 yuan for 173pictures to Vision China.

Dai Jianfeng said he was puzzled: "I don't know how my work has become all the copyright in Vision China, and I have to pay compensation for it for the first time in more than a decade."

Dai Jianfeng said that he had authorized the work to be used by a friend's company, and the friend's company also received a phone call from Vision China, which was also asked for compensation by Vision China. What he wants to know is where Vision China got his photo for sale, how many companies it sued and how much revenue it made.
