According to the notice, from September 1, the upper limit of charging service fee for Haikou electric vehicles (regardless of models) is 0.65 yuan per kilowatt-hour (excluding electricity charges). The replacement service fee for electric vehicles includes electricity charges and charging service fees, which are charged according to the vehicle mileage, with an upper limit of 0.60 yuan per kilometer (including electricity charges, battery rental and recharging services, etc.).

At the same time, the notice requires that the charging service fee should be managed by the government, and the operating enterprises should formulate specific charging standards according to the changes in the market and costs and on the basis of not exceeding the upper limit set by the government.

CTOnews.com noted that the standard was implemented on September 1 and was valid for five years.
