Specially tested oracle 11g under windows 2008 R2, database service in service manager, oracleservice+sid service: start service = startup; stop service = shutdown immediate; restart service = shutdown immediate, then startup; if directly to the process manager to end the oracle.exe process, it is shutdown abort, or the server abnormal power outage is also shutdown abort.
