CTOnews.com learned from the report that the operating income and gross profit in the first quarter of HKUST Xinfeld decreased by 17.64% and 14.89% respectively compared with the same period of last year; the operation in the second quarter reversed the decline of performance in the first quarter, realizing operating income of 4.954 billion yuan, an increase of 9.68% compared with the same period of last year and a month-on-month increase of 71.56%; Gross profit reached 1.938 billion yuan, up 7.80% over the same period last year and 60.21% month-on-month.

In addition, the net cash flow generated by the completion of operating activities in the second quarter of HKUST was RMB 140 million yuan, an increase of RMB 575 million yuan compared with the same period last year.
