The biggest highlight of Ubuntu 22.04.3 LTS is the kernel upgrade to Linux Kernel 6.2, and the Mesa graphics stack has been upgraded to version 23.0.4 and includes all updates and security fixes since the release of Ubuntu 22.04.2 LTS.

Ubuntu 22.04.3 LTS has officially provided ISO images, and Kubuntu,Xubuntu,Lubuntu,Ubuntu Studio,Ubuntu Budgie,Ubuntu MATE and Ubuntu Kylin versions have also released the image download address.

Existing Ubuntu 22.04.2 LTS users do not need to download a new image, they just need to run "sudo apt update & & sudo apt full-upgrade" in the terminal to upgrade.

Canonical plans to release Ubuntu 22.04.4 LTS update in January 2024, which is expected to be loaded with Linux 6.5 kernel update and Mesa 23.1 graphics stack.
