The financial report shows that Cainiao optimizes the process from first kilometer collection, trunk transportation, overseas distribution to terminal distribution in global end-to-end logistics, supporting cross-border merchants by providing lower delivery costs and faster delivery speed. In China, Cainiao continues to expand value-added services to enhance consumer experience, prioritizing the promotion of upgraded supply chain products and services in key consumer cities, so that consumers can enjoy time-guaranteed door-to-door delivery services.

Among the merchant supply chain services facing the domestic market, Cainiao brings innovative service experience by creating refined and layered standard products such as optimal warehouse allocation, intelligent warehouse allocation and economic warehouse allocation, as well as targeted industry solutions such as fast-moving consumer goods, beauty care and large-sized products.

Combined with Cainiao's self-operated warehouse and Cainiao's self-operated distribution, the "1212 half-day delivery" provided by Cainiao breaks through the aging limit of logistics products for warehouse packages in the industry. This quarter, it has been carried out in 8 important consumer cities in China including Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Hangzhou, Chengdu, etc., and will gradually cover cities with a population of more than 10 million in China. The satisfaction degree of consumers who have used this service is far ahead of that of the industry.

The "next-day delivery" jointly created by Cainiao Self-operated Warehouse and Shentong Express provides brand-new service standards. It takes only 30.4 hours for consumers to sign from payment to receipt. The service is expanding to other economic circles.

In the field of supply chain with complex and rapidly changing needs, rookie provides more flexible, technological and green solutions. Recently, Nestle, Procter & Gamble, Unilever, Budweiser, Danone, L 'Oreal, Carlsberg and other head brand enterprises have further deepened supply chain cooperation with Cainiao.

In the global market, Cainiao International Express accelerated this quarter. In partnership with AliExpress, Cainiao embarked on a journey of "Global 5 Days" to support AliExpress and other cross-border sellers by providing more competitive prices and better service. The achievement rate of AliExpress Choice"X Day" of rookie service exceeds 90%, which is well known and selected by merchants with stability.

International express service upgrade, relying on long-term logistics capacity building. In June 2023, Cainiao added 3 international express sorting centers, bringing the number of Cainiao overseas sorting centers to 18. At present, Cainiao's cHub hub in Jakarta, Indonesia has also been officially opened, and its local distribution network in Spain covers more than 30 cities, and weekend delivery and city-wide delivery services have been opened in core cities.

At the end of the quarter, Cainiao Post Station continued to advance around the service standard of "1 minute quick pick up, self-service pick up before 24 o 'clock." As of June 30, the functions of "idle busy status" and "fresh reminder" have been covered nationwide, with more than 36 million person-times checking "idle busy status" every day to arrange pick-up plans in advance. At the same time, the night pick-up function was launched in 60 cities nationwide, and 13,000 Cainiao Post Stations in more than 200 cities opened small YI self-service check service to improve the efficiency of pick-up.

While improving logistics service capability, Cainiao is also actively promoting logistics science and technology innovation and ESG practice. As of June, nearly ten automobile factories and parts manufacturing enterprises such as Brilliance BMW, Chang 'an Automobile and BYD have cooperated with Cainiao. The intelligent distribution project supported by Cainiao in Pakistan has recently been selected as a case of cooperation between China and SCO in the national digital field.

At present, more than 30 brand enterprises have been connected to the carbon asset management system independently researched and developed by Cainiao, and many enterprises such as Nike, Radar and Tebu have carried out green recycling cooperation with Cainiao. During the UN Environment Conference of the Parties held in Geneva, Switzerland in May this year, Cainiao was invited to participate and share China's experience in green logistics.
