According to CTOnews.com, Ceres-1 is a small solid commercial carrier rocket developed by Beijing Xinghe Power equipment Technology Co., Ltd., which can meet the needs of low-Earth orbit micro-satellite launch.

This mission is the seventh flight of the Ceres-1 rocket carrier. All seven launches of the Ceres-1 rocket were successful, with a success rate of 100%.
