First, the necessity of filing

Sponsors of mobile Internet applications engaged in Internet information services within the territory of the people's Republic of China, shall go through the formalities for filing in accordance with the provisions of the Anti-Telecommunication Network Fraud Law of the people's Republic of China and the measures for the Administration of Internet Information Services (decree No. 292 of the State Council). Those who fail to go through the formalities for filing shall not engage in Internet information services.

Developers are required to go through the filing procedures in accordance with the law. WeChat Mini Programs is not allowed to carry out business and the platform does not provide on-shelf services if they fail to complete the filing procedures as required. Requirements for the time limit for filing

1. If WeChat Mini Programs is not on the shelves, from September 1, 2023, WeChat Mini Programs must complete the filing before he can be put on the shelves.
