CTOnews.com, August 9 (Xinhua)-- "Smart", which is on a scientific expedition to Mars, completed its 54th flight on August 3, lifted off for 24 seconds, reached a maximum height of 5 meters, and successfully landed in place.

Compared with the previous achievements made by "Wisdom", there is nothing outstanding about the flight time or altitude, but it is after the "emergency landing" of its 53rd flight at the end of July. Resume flying again.

CTOnews.com note: after completing its first test flight in April 2021, the drone has exceeded expectations.

On its 53rd flight at the end of July, the Smart had planned to fly for 136 seconds, but it stopped automatically at 76 seconds and finally made an emergency landing.

On its 54th flight on Aug. 3, Smart also took pictures in the air, and perseverance can be seen in the upper right corner.
