Passengers should go through the formalities for changing the number of "flexible" trains no later than 1 hour after the departure of the current ticket, and no later than 15 minutes before the departure of the selected "flexible" train.

Passengers can not change the type of ticket and the class of seats when they go through the formalities of changing the number of trains with "flexible lines". They can only go through the formalities of changing the number of trains at parity (there is no fare difference).

After the passenger has gone through the formalities of "flexible line" to change the train number, the ticket is non-refundable.

If the reimbursement voucher has been exchanged, the reimbursement voucher shall be returned when going through the formalities of changing the train number of the "flexible bank"; after the formalities of changing the train number of the "flexible bank", it can be exchanged for the reimbursement certificate of the new ticket.

Passengers can go through the "flexible line" change procedures through China Train 12306's website (including "China Train 12306" mobile phone client), station ticket window and automatic ticket machines at Futian and Hong Kong West Kowloon Station.

Passengers should reserve sufficient time to go through the "flexible" change procedures to meet the "co-location" requirements of the Hong Kong West Kowloon Station Customs and Excise Department, so as to avoid delay.

At present, there are more than 180 trains a day from Shenzhen to and from Hong Kong West Kowloon Station.
