Thanks to CTOnews.com netizens Wu Yanzu in South China for the delivery of clues! CTOnews.com, August 8 (Xinhua)-- call of Duty series is one of the best-known shooter games in the game world, but this year's new series has not been officially released, just a variety of rumors and speculation. Now there is official news: call of Duty 2023 is officially called call of Duty: modern Warfare 3 and will go on sale on November 10.

The news was revealed by the game's publisher Activision in a trailer. In the trailer, we can see some scenes similar to the plot of "No Russians" in call of Duty: modern Warfare 2, which was released in 2009. You can also hear clips of conversations that sound like characters from the Modern Warfare series, such as Captain Price and Philip Graves.

Apart from the name and release date of the game, Activision has yet to disclose more information about the game. However, we may hear more in August when the series's official website posted earlier this month that there will be an in-game activity in the free game call of Duty: war Zone. The new book call of Duty: modern Warfare 3 will be fully unveiled.

According to rumors, the main team developing Modern Warfare 3 is Hammer Studio, supported by other studios inside and outside Activision. Although it has not been announced which platforms the game will be available on, it is certain that it will be released on PC, Xbox Series X and S, as well as PlayStation 5.

Interestingly, Activision Blizzard and the call of Duty series may have been acquired by Microsoft before the game is released, and it is still waiting to see if the UK Competition and Market Authority will reverse its decision to block Microsoft from buying Activision Blizzard for $69 billion (CTOnews.com Note: currently about 495.42 billion yuan).
