CTOnews.com August 7 news, Tesla announced today that Zakary Corkhorn (Zachary Kirkhorn) resigned as chief financial officer, followed by Vaibhav Taneja. It is reported that Taneja is also the chief accountant of the company.

According to public information, Kirkhorn worked in Tesla for 13 years, of which the last 4 years served as CFO of the company. Kirkhorn will continue to work for Tesla until the end of the year to support a seamless transition.

"being part of this company is a special experience, and I'm very proud of what we've done together since we joined 13 years ago," Kirkhorn wrote on LinkedIn.

During his tenure, Tesla launched the Model 3 compact sedan for the mass market and shipped in large quantities, making a quarterly profit for the first time since the market capitalization successfully exceeded 1 trillion US dollars.
