According to official account, SMIC recently launched its high-power wireless charging program SC9610&SC8701, which, with the launched 50W high-efficiency and highly integrated wireless charging RTX SOC-SC9625, can achieve 50W wireless fast charging, and with SMIC's upcoming receiver, it can achieve 80W wireless fast charging, and "can provide a faster and convenient charging mode for mobile phones, notebooks and other smart terminals".

SC9610SC9610 is a highly integrated and efficient magnetic induction wireless power transmitter. It can support a wide input voltage range of 4V to 22V, full-bridge output support up to 42V, support 80W power output, in addition, SC9610 also supports the latest wireless charging protocol WPC-Qi2.0 (EPP+MPP) protocol.

SC9610 integrates 3-channel enhanced PWM output with clock rate up to 192Mhz. It integrates a full-bridge driver, a multi-channel ASK demodulation module, a FSK modulation module, an analog-to-digital converter module, six timer modules and a capture module.

SC9610 also integrates fast charging protocols, including DP / DM, USB-PD, VOOC, AFCP and UFCS. The transmitter supports Q-factor detection to achieve high-quality foreign body detection. It is packaged with QFN44_5x5.

The SC8701 supports ultra-wide input and output voltages of 2.7V to 36V and 2V to 36V. SC8701 uses industry-leading 10V / 2A MOSFET drives to maximize the use of external MOSFET for efficiency.
