This version introduces a number of improvements and new features, such as screen casting, HDR wallpaper support, accessibility enhancements, and so on.

But this version also seems to contain multiple Bug, and now Microsoft has updated the release notes, acknowledging that this version currently has a taskbar problem that cannot be loaded, and offers the following three solutions:

1. Leave the device idle for 5-6 minutes and you may see the taskbar appear.

2. Restart the device.

3, click the "power button" in the lock screen state, press the Shift key and select "troubleshooting"restart" and enter the advanced options, then find the uninstall update, and then uninstall the latest function update.
