CTOnews.com August 7 news, Meta's social platform Threads launched new features, such as the ability to view their favorite posts. It is understood that the feature began testing on Android Beta last week and is now open to all users, who can find favorite posts in Settings> Likes.

CTOnews.com learned from Meta that Threads also introduces a new media upload quality option (adjustable via Settings> Accounts> Media Quality) that allows users to upload higher quality images and videos.

In addition, Threads now allows users to organize their follow lists based on "show latest posts first" and "show latest posts first." While these are small updates, Zuckerberg hinted last week that some of the most popular features, such as post search and web version, will roll out in the coming weeks.
