Chromebook's performance in the quarter was relatively stable, with shipments rising 1% from a year earlier to 5.9 million units.

Apple shipped 12.3 million units, up 2% from the same period last year, and its market share reached 39.8%, ranking first among all brands.

Samsung shipped 6.01 million units, down 13.6% from the same period last year, and ranked second with a market share of 18.8%

Amazon shipped 2.206 million units, down 33.4% from the same period last year, and ranked third with a market share of 6.9%

Lenovo shipped 2.136 million units, down 39.1% from the same period last year, and its market share reached 6.7%, ranking fourth

Huawei shipped 1.658 million units, down 2.8% from a year earlier, and ranked fifth with a market share of 5.2%.

Hewlett-Packard shipped 1.567 million units, up 69.2% from the same period last year, and ranked first with a market share of 26.7%.

Lenovo shipped 1.342 million units, up 14.5% from the same period last year, and ranked second with a market share of 22.9%.

Dell shipped 1.291 million units, down 14.9% from the same period last year, and ranked third with a market share of 22.0%

Acer shipped 1.055 million units, down 21.4% from a year earlier, and ranked fourth with a market share of 18.0%.

Asustek shipped 372000 units, down 10.4% from the same period last year, and its market share reached 6.3%, ranking fifth.
