CTOnews.com, August 7 (Xinhua)-- at the Cologne Show in October last year, Kawasaki first unveiled the Ninja Zemur1 electric motorcycle, followed by the Ninja eMui 1 electric motorcycle at the Milan show in November, and announced that the two cars will be on sale in 2023. Recently, Kawasaki declared the certification information of the two cars in Australia.

The two electric motorcycles have the same performance as 125cc gasoline motorcycles and have removable battery packs and e-boost power enhancements. The new car will soon be available in the United States and Australia.

According to certification information, both Kawasaki's Ninja eMui 1 and Z eMui 1 will use 9kW (continuous power) motors with two battery packs with a total capacity of 3kWh. The two battery packs can be removed and the total weight is about 24kg. The vehicle weights of Ninja eMel 1 and Z eMel 1 are 139kg and 135kg, respectively.

CTOnews.com notes that the design of the two electric motorcycles is similar to that of their gasoline versions. The Ninja eMur1 has a sharp front with split LED headlights and a transparent windshield. ZeMur1 looks smaller and bears some resemblance to the Z400. They all use split seats, alloy wheels, front forks and single shock absorbers. In terms of braking system, the front and rear disc brakes are used.

In a previously leaked picture, you can also see that the two electric motorcycles have a TFT screen that shows two separate batteries, is equipped with E-Boost mode, briefly improves performance when turned on, and is equipped with walking mode to move the vehicle slowly.
