According to the latest news from game evaluation media IGN, IGN is about to launch its own AI chat robot IGN Guides Chatbot Alpha.

According to reports, the robot is trained on the basis of game guides and strategies written by dozens of IGN guide authors and contributors. Since this is an Alpha version of the experiment, the quality of the answer may not be very good. The chat window appears at the bottom of the guide page only when you log in with an IGN account.

"We envision this guide function as a comprehensive search solution for those looking for quick answers to thorny questions, making it easy to find a solution to the playbook without looking at multiple pages," IGN said. "however, if you want to see the picture playbook, you still need to search manually through keywords."

During the initial Alpha, chatbots were only available for the Legend of Zelda: tears of the Kingdom guide. Currently, free trials are limited and CTOnews.com partners can try it.
