Shulou(Shulou.com)11/24 Report--

CTOnews.com August 5, RPCS3 developer DH announced the launch of the RPCSX simulator project in early July; a month later, the project has made initial progress to "simulate" and run the PS4 game "Blood Curse" on PC.

The reason why the "simulation" here has double quotation marks is that the simulator displays on the black screen and cannot render the game graphics, but the game does not crash after running for a period of time.

Considering that it has been only a month since the announcement of the development project, it is still an impressive achievement to simulate AAA-level games through RPCSX, and it has taken the first step to run the Blood Curse on PC.

CTOnews.com Note: the RPCS3 simulator has been developed for 12 years, indicating that 2500 of the 3500 PS3 games have been simulated and run successfully. The three elders of DH, kd-11 and Nekotekina jointly promote the RPCS3 simulator.

DH says RPCSX is still in its early stages, but the ultimate goal of the project is to simulate and run all PS4 games.

PC players can theoretically run many popular PS4 games through the RPCSX simulator, including "Blood Curse", "Dream creation", "the end of the Gravity fantasy World", "the infamous second son", "the Last Guardian", "Wanda and the Colossus" and so on.
