CTOnews.com, August 5, according to foreign technology media XDA-Developers, the Nubia Red Devils 8s Pro phone released in early July this year uses the same Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 For Galaxy chip as the Samsung Galaxy S23 series.

When XDA-Developers evaluated the Red Devil 8s Pro phone, it was found that the official second-generation Snapdragon 8 leading version (using TSMC 4nm process and CPU main frequency 3.36GHz) was actually the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 for Galaxy previously built for Samsung.

XDA-Developers then asked Qualcomm for confirmation, which Qualcomm officials have confirmed.

CTOnews.com Note: the ordinary version of Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 is "SM 8550-AB", and the main frequency of CPU is 3.2GHz 680MHz.

On the other hand, the second generation Snapdragon 8 leading version of the Red Devil 8s Pro phone and the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 for Galaxy carried by the Galaxy S23 series are actually "SM8550-AC". The main frequency of CPU is 3.36GHz. The main frequency of CPU is 719MHz.
