Now you can test and run the Terminal command line tool on Windows Server, and you can start the application by searching for "Terminal" in the Server Datacenter Insiders preview.

Storage Replica Enhanced Log is now available in the latest Windows Server Insider build. Enhanced logging improves the performance of block replication by removing the file system abstraction and its performance cost from the storage replica log implementation.

Known issues:

If you plan to perform a verification upgrade from Windows Server 2019, you may encounter intermittent upgrade failures if you upgrade to this version, so we do not recommend you to use it.

There is a problem with this version: archiving event logs using the "wevetutil al" command causes the Windows event log service to crash and the archiving operation fails. The service must be restarted by executing "Start-Service EventLog" at the administrative command line prompt.

If you have enabled the secure startup / DRTM code path, we do not recommend that you install this version.

CTOnews.com note: the brand of Server has not been updated and is still Windows Server 2022 in the preview version. In addition, Microsoft calls these versions Windows Server vNext, not Windows Server 2022, which is already on the market.
