CTOnews.com August 2 news, in May this year, FAW Toyota launched a new Corolla model with an official guidance price of 116800 yuan to 155800 yuan, offering 1.2T, 1.5L gasoline power and 1.8L smart electric hybrid twin engine versions, a total of nine models, while the Karolaari twin engine version will go on sale on August 6.

The new car will be equipped with Toyota's latest fifth-generation THS II hybrid system and a newly developed lithium battery with a 34% reduction in size and a 6% increase in overall power, with a minimum fuel consumption of 4.56L / 100km, and this 2.0L hybrid system consumes even less fuel.

In terms of appearance, there is no essential difference between the new car and the fuel version, but the front is dotted with a hybrid blue Toyota logo, and the rear displacement logo is replaced by the "Hybrid" logo.

In terms of power, the Corolla Ruifang will be equipped with 2.0L naturally aspirated engine + motor composed of the fifth generation THS II hybrid system, the maximum power 144kW, the overall power increased by 6%.

CTOnews.com learned from the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology that there are many versions of this model, including the lowest comprehensive fuel consumption of 4.59L / 100km for 1485kg models and 4.56L / 100km for other models.
