When we are in the enterprise when the network system, we first need to backup the system, the backup system in addition to using PE backup (described earlier), we can also use PXE server for backup.

We need to prepare PXE software in advance, this article uses Qidong Ruiteng net gram software.

Step 1: we set the subnet mask of the prepared PXE server to 16 bits (software requirements)

You need to prepare the ".GHO file" (required for the software to run) in advance, and run the software as follows:

As shown in the figure above, select the ".GHO file" prepared in advance, select "Clone the whole" (you can also back up the partition), and click "start playing network cloning", as shown below:

Click "stop", as shown below:

Step 2: name the session as "PXE", select "create Image", and click "Browse" to select the storage path and name of the image file, as shown below:

After the above operations are completed, click "accept client", as shown below:

Step 3: the client starts from the network card, you can boot and press F12 key to enter the startup item selection, select the network card to start, or you can boot F2 to enter BIOS, and set the network card as the first startup item, as shown below:

Press F10 to save the restart, and the client can start from the network card and connect to the server, as shown below:

Click the "OK" key, such as the following figure, enter the "ghost" command line operation (try to use the keyboard operation, the mouse is not good):

Then press enter, as shown below:

Click "OK" to enter the following figure:

Select "GhostCast", then select "Multicast", and then press enter:

Enter the session name "PXE" and click the "OK" key

Select the disk you want to back up, and click the "OK" button, as shown below:

Click "fast" to make a quick backup, as shown below:

Click "YES" as follows:

Step 4: go back to the server and start the backup, as follows:

The client has also started sending backups, as follows:
