Google reportedly sent emails to internal employees on Monday, indicating that future Google assistants would adopt the new generative AI technology behind ChatGPT and Bard, Google's self-developed chat robot and writing tool.

This adjustment will affect the way Google Assistant will serve consumers in the future, as well as the ecology of cooperation between third-party developers and the tool.
