In the field of enterprise cloud solutions, Su Zifeng claims that AMD's Genoa instances perform 1.9times better than competitors such as Microsoft Azure and Amazon AWS in enterprise and cloud applications, and 1.8times higher performance per watt, so they are "persuasive" in the industry.

In the field of AI, Su Zifeng said that AMD's AI strategy focuses on three aspects:

AMD will provide a broad product portfolio and multi-generation roadmap covering leading GPU, CPU and adaptive computing solutions for artificial intelligence reasoning and training.

AMD will extend the open and proven software platform that AMD has established so that AI hardware can be widely and easily deployed.

AMD will build deep partnerships across the ecosystem to accelerate the large-scale deployment of AMD's own artificial intelligence solutions.

In terms of specific AI hardware, AMD previously announced the launch of a "super AI chip" Instinct MI300 GPU,MI300 to combine the next-generation CDNA3 architecture with the industry's fastest memory bandwidth, so it can greatly improve AI reasoning performance. Su Zifeng said that a number of customers are interested in AMD's "super AI chips" Instinct MI250 and MI300 series, and customer participation in AMD's AI sector has increased more than sevenfold year-on-year, and these "super AI chips" will be shipped in the fourth quarter of this year.

Su Zifeng said that as Microsoft and other large software providers incorporate generating AI into their products, AI will become an important driver of PC demand. AMD will also benefit from this process.
