II. Scope of application

In the minor mode, mobile Internet information service providers shall restrict minor users from using products and services that may endanger their physical and mental health:

1. Webcast, network audio and video, network social networking and other network service providers should set up corresponding time management, rights management, consumption management and other functions for minors to use their services.

two。 Internet service providers such as live broadcast, audio and video, and social networking shall take measures to reasonably limit the amount of single consumption and daily cumulative consumption of minors in the use of network products and services, and shall not provide minors with paid services that are inconsistent with their civil capacity.
