The company has informed the customer of the information and has properly negotiated and reached an agreement with the customer on the follow-up matters.

According to previous reports from CTOnews.com, Mr. Shi, a man from Jilin, sent a Rolex watch worth nearly 380000 yuan to a friend in Guangzhou through SF Express, but when the recipient received the delivery, he found that the watch was missing, leaving only an empty box.

Therefore, Mr. Shi turned to Xiaoli help, a livelihood channel of Henan TV, for help, hoping to get his watch back or get full compensation. SF said it would look for the watch within 10 days and pay full compensation if it could not be found. At present, the police have been involved in the investigation.
